The Role

Entegris is seekingaLead,Technical Training Platformsto provide enterprisetechnicalleadership forthelearning technology platforms that support workforce capability across our global manufacturing and operations network. Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Technical Training, thissenior individual contributorrole is responsible forleadingtheexecution, support,governance,and continuous improvement of training platforms, withaprimary focus on the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).

This role ensures training platforms are reliable, scalable,well governed,and alignedwithbusiness needs. The successful candidate willpartneracrossIT, Operations, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and HR/Talent Development to translate training and workforce capability needs into effective platform solutions that support adoption, compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

This position will ideally be based onsite at our Bedford, MA or Chaska, MN locations.

What You'll Do

  • Executeplatform governance for the enterprise LMS and related training technologies, including configuration standards, user roles, change control, and documentationthatsupport consistency,compliance, and scalable administration.

  • Ensure platform stability and data integrity byprovidingoperational oversight forsystem health, resolving escalated issues, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with vendors and IT support teams.

  • Drive business-side planning for platform enhancements and integrations, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, supporting testing, and coordinating deployment readiness.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline platform processes, improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and support scalable training operations.

  • Partner with regional training leaders and site training coordinators to support effective platform administration and adoption across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with operational, quality, safety, compliance, and talent development needs.

  • Partnerwith analytics and automationteamstoconnectplatform performance,datainsights,reporting needs,and ongoing improvementopportunities.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree ina relevant fieldsuch as Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business, ora relateddiscipline,or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ yearsofprogressive experienceadministering, supporting, configuring, governing,andleadingbusinessprocesses forLearning Management Systems in a multi-site or global environment.

  • Familiarity with workforce capabilitydevelopment, training governance,compliance training,or regulated training processes.

  • Experience supportingsoftwaresystem enhancements, platform integrations, or enterprise technology rollouts in partnership with IT.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional work, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience applying continuous improvement principles to systems, workflows, or business processes.

  • Strong communication, stakeholderengagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (travel expectations will be closer to 25% for the first year and will likely decrease after)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or other compliance-driven environments.

  • Experience contributing to platform roadmaps, digital learning improvements, or enterprise-scale process standardization.

  • Exposure to emerging learning technologies, automation, analytics,andAI-enabled learning tools.

  • Professional certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or platform-specific certifications in enterprise learning or quality systems are a plus.
