Fix It 24/7 is a fast-growing home services company providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Colorado. We are building the next generation of leaders and are looking for a high-performing, revenue-driven Manager in Training to develop into a future General Manager or Department Leader as we continue to grow.

This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong track record of driving revenue, developing teams, and scaling operations, who is open to future relocation for advancement opportunities.

The Opportunity

As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with senior leadership to learn all aspects of running a high-performing home services operation. You will rotate through key departments while owning revenue, performance, and people leadership responsibilities, preparing you for a long-term leadership role within Fix It 24/7.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to exceed revenue, sales, and operational goals
  • Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance management
  • Partner with operations, sales, dispatch, and customer service to optimize efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve growth and margins
  • Support recruiting, training, and retention of top talent
  • Model Fix It 24/7 values and help build a strong, winning culture
  • Prepare to step into a Department Manager or General Manager role as the business expands
  • Understand P&L's
