An engineering firm is seeking a Technical Project Assistant to work directly with Principal by supporting project and administrative functions at their Palo Alto, CA office.

Your Day Includes

  • Reviewing project documents and coordinating deposition preparation
  • Preparing and sending RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Communicating with attorneys, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Reviewing and prioritizing emails on behalf of the principal

Must Haves

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience in administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
