We are seeking our next fulltime Technical Project Proposal Engineer.
The position isresponsible for interfacing with customers to develop a full technicalunderstanding of project needs for large-scale projects from inception tocompletion. This role ensures open communication between internal and externalpartners while successfully managing multiple projects through the full projectlifecycle.
Essential Functions:
Assist customers with selection of productsbased on the scope of project needs through various applications, preparequotations and follow-up on status.
Comprehensive understanding of technicalproducts that may include but are not limited to concepts of pressure, flow,resistance, etc.
Own multiple projects from quotation throughcompletion.
Identify and complete stakeholder analysis andrisk assessment documentation.
Attend internal and customer project kick-offmeetings.
Define clear scope of work and deliverables.
Create pricing strategies in partnership withProject Business Development and OSE teams based on market factors,competition, and project phase.
Collaborate with GE Booth suppliers and partnersto achieve optimal project pricing.
Generate comprehensive project proposalsoutlining customer requirements and objectives.
Manage and monitor project timelines, includingRFQ and decision dates, in alignment with customer expectations.
Review and align contract terms and conditionswith GE Booth Legal or the E+H Legal Department.
Interpret and meet customer documentation andreporting requirements, capturing associated costs.
Communicate ideas, strategies, and updateseffectively to stakeholders and team members.
Manage order entry, scheduling, and deliverytracking in SAP/P21.
Adapt to changing project phases, priorities,and organizational needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Position Type and ExpectedHours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday throughFriday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work may berequired as business demands arise.
Travel:
Limited travel is expected. Local travel tocustomer sites or between company locations during business hours may berequired. Overnight travel is rare.
Required Education andExperience:
High school diploma or GED.
Five to seven years of related projectmanagement or technical experience, or an equivalent combination of educationand experience.
Attention to detail, organization skills andability to work independently or with a team are a must for success in thisrole.
Strong communication skills whether written,verbal or otherwise required especially using moderately complex terminologyand concepts.
Preferred Education andExperience:
Bachelor's degree in technical field(electrical, engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience in technicalfield support.
Seven to nine years of experience in a similarindustry.
Additional EligibilityQualifications:
Valid driver's license required.
