    This is an On-Site Full-Time Project Manager position reporting directly to the Director of New Product Development and Engineering. This role provides critical support to our engineering team by coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and assisting with project management tasks to ensure successful execution of engineering initiatives and new product development.

    What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and manage engineering and product development projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
  • Support the Director of New Product Development with planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for projectrelated communications between engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and action item logs
  • Assist in resource allocation and workload management for engineers and technical staff
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks; escalate issues and propose solutions to the Director
  • Conduct preplanning and coordination for engineering tasks, prototypes, and product launches
  • Collaborate with materials, purchasing, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of components and resources needed for projects
  • Assist in tracking material orders, lead times, and inventory levels to prevent delays in project schedules
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project tracking and reporting
  • Support crossfunctional teams in executing initiatives and ad hoc projects as directed

  • What It Takes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • 25 years of project coordination or project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software, Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with engineers, leadership, and crossfunctional teams
  • Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail and followthrough
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, handson engineering environment
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development lifecycle a plus
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to take initiative while supporting the Director
