Job description

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in big tech or management consulting, is looking for a Technical Program Manager. The Technical Program Manager will enhance team throughput by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources while driving teams towards commitments. The role involves fostering cross-team coordination and communication, assisting with estimation and planning of team resourcing, and leading agile ceremonies for engineering teams. The TPM will develop technical understanding of tools and services, partner with engineering leadership to define roadmaps, scope deliverables, and track metrics measuring team performance, health, and engineering velocity.
