This role operates at the intersection of technical depth and executive program governance: translating engineering signal into actionable plans, managing cross-functional dependencies across 10+ teams, and ensuring delivery velocity and quality at scale. The program portfolio carries significant organizational visibility and financial scope, requiring strong judgment on trade-offs, proactive risk management, and the ability to build alignment across competing priorities without direct authority. This role works in close partnership with VP-level Engineering, Product, Architecture, and UX leaders, and reports into senior engineering leadership within Guest Engagement, Loyalty & MarTech.

The Senior Technical Program Manager at the intersection of technical execution and strategic program governance, driving outcomes at scale across some of lululemon's highest-visibility digital investments. core responsibilities As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate technology program delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies and ensuring successful delivery of technical capabilities while balancing scope, timeline, and resource constraints. You will translate business needs into program plans, align work across teams, and drive program execution through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

You will own program success by tracking progress, managing changes, and coordinating delivery activities, continuously strengthening program management practices. Select responsibilities include: Lead programs coordinating multiple teams and workstreams to deliver strategic business outcomes Define comprehensive program plans establishing scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, dependencies, and success metrics Drive program execution using Agile delivery practices, orchestrating cross-functional delivery, managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring predictable execution Establish program governance including executive status reporting, steering committee management, and strategic risk escalation Manage program budgets including financial planning, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and investment optimization qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;Master'sdegree or PMP preferred 6-10 years of program management, project management, technology program coordination, or business analysis experience, or equivalent Proven track record of planning and delivering complex, large-scale technology programs across multiple teams and organizational boundaries Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leaders to align delivery priorities and manage complex trade-offs and expectations Demonstrated ability to manage cross-domain dependencies and risks using established frameworks; experience leading resolution across organizational boundaries Own end-to-end program delivery across the Guest Engagement, Loyalty &MarTech portfolio, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional dependencies and high organizational visibility. Demonstrated experience managing $5M-$10M+ financial portfolios Demonstrated experience managing technology portfolio and projects using various delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile and Kanban must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.

Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$147,300 - $193,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
