  • Continuous Learner: You possess a growth mindset and are eager to build deep expertise in our product, the market, and your own technical and AI fluency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You possess exceptional communication skills and excel at bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and excited about the product vision.
  • Hands-on Problem Solver: You love getting close to the implementation and enjoy bridging the gap between strategy and technical execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (product, engineering, project management, technical operations, or related roles)
  • Demonstrated comfort learning and using AI tools to solve problems, improve workflows, and accelerate execution
  • Interest in contributing directly to technical work, including prototypes, scripts, internal tools, or code-assisted implementation
  • Strong interest in working at the intersection of software, IoT systems, and AI-enabled development
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate in ambiguous environments, and learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
