Position SummaryThe Water Treatment & Filtration Install and Service Manager is responsible for leading daily installation and service operations, managing field personnel, maintaining installation quality standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring a superior customer experience from initial installation through long-term service relationships.The ideal candidate combines leadership ability with strong technical skills in the water treatment and filtration business and can effectively manage scheduling, troubleshooting, technician development, and customer communication.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $96,000.00 Annual Performance Bonus of 10%  based on KPI's.Company vehicle, and gas card. 2 weeks Paid time off for vacation or sick leave after 90 days. 90% Employer paid health insurance for employees.Dental, Vision, Aflac, spousal insurance available as employee paid.Retirement savings plan – 100% employee match up to 3% of annual income.Training and career development opportunities. 6 Paid holidays.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day installation and service operationsLead, mentor, train, and support installation and service techniciansConduct ride-alongs and quality assurance inspectionsEnsure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standardsMonitor technician productivity and performance metricsAssist with scheduling and dispatch coordinationSupport continuous improvement initiativesInstallation and Service ManagementOversee residential and light commercial water treatment installations and service.Verify installation quality and code complianceEnsure proper system setup and startup proceduresManage installation materials and equipment needsSupport troubleshooting and field problem resolutionRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of water treatment and/or water filtration experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Kinetico Water SystemsExperience using ServiceTitanPlumbing experience or related trade experienceExperience with:Water softenersReverse osmosis systemsWhole-house filtration systemsSpecialty filtration systemsWater testing and analysis
