  • Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
  • Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
  • Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
  • Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
  • Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
