  • Support audits, configuration reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned and follow all Dayton-Granger safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or other technical field).
  • 3+ years of experience in document control, engineering documentation, or manufacturing administrative support.
  • Experience with ERP systems (INFOR preferred) and document management tools (IDM, PLM, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, BOM structures, and revision changes.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 requirements and ITAR/EAR data rules.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work across departments and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CATIA or similar CAD software.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
We are a multi-generational team with members representing a diversity of cultures, educational backgrounds, experience levels and ideas all 'making it happen' from one location in beautiful, coastal South Florida. We are a long-standing supplier providing cutting edge products in support of long term aerospace programs, while at the same time developing new products to meet the needs of new customers, programs and up and coming markets.
