Job Description
  • Workday Integrations Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.

    • Implement and manage Workday integration patterns such as inbound/outbound, real-time, and batch processing.

  • Technical Configuration:

    • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom reports.

    • Support technical setup, including tenant configuration and monitoring system performance.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with business analysts, functional teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical solutions.

    • Serve as a technical SME for the Workday platform during upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.

  • System Optimization:

    • Continuously assess and improve integration processes to enhance system performance and scalability.

    • Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance of integrations to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, design documents, and user guides.

    • Ensure solutions adhere to IT security, SOX compliance, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Workday Certification in Integration or relevant module is preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing Workday integrations.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). 
  • Knowledge of data governance, HRIS, financial systems, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Time Tracking. 
  • Experience in agile project management and SDLC practices.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
