TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I, McGovern Institute for Dorkenwald Lab, to work on computational projects and support neuroscience studies in connectomics. Potential projects include developing computational infrastructure, designing machine learning segmentation and classification pipelines, creating visualization and UI tools, processing, storing, and disseminating large datasets, and optimizing and parallelizing workflows to run on compute clusters.
