Technical Associates is a multi-disciplined, full-service engineering, construction, installation, fabrication, and staffing organization. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role is based in our Albany, GA office.

  • Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliations
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Coordinate audits including Workers’ Comp and General Liability
  • Tax filings and financial reporting
  • Daily Banking entries
  • Client and intercompany invoicing
  • Manage and support accounting department and staff
  • Back-up for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll

  • 5 - 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Prior accounting management or supervisory experience leading a team
