    Job description

Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Software Sales
    Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
    Salary: $125-150k + Commission
We are one of Atlanta's fastest-growing tech startup building a executional digital twin for industrial operations. We combine 3D imaging, drone capture, and proprietary AI-native software to transform how manufacturing facilities operate. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are urgently looking for top-notch and hungry Account Executives to join the team.
    THE ROLE
This is a hunter-closer position for someone who can navigate 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles, build trust with VP-level buyers across 15+ stakeholder deals, and communicate complex solutions in simple terms. You'll own the full cycle—prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, close—while developing deep strategic relationships that drive seven-figure ARR.
We're looking for grit, intelligence, and hustle—someone who thrives in ambiguity, commands a room, and can translate technical innovation into business outcomes for non-technical executives.
    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Hunt and close net-new enterprise logos in the industrial sector

    • Manage multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and high complexity

    • Build and expand a book of business with strong lead support (90% pipeline from inbound/marketing)

    • Travel frequently for in-person meetings, relationship development, and customer engagement

    • Leverage 15+ tech tools and AI-powered workflows built around the AE function

    • Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, and leadership to drive outcomes

    WHO YOU ARE
    • 3–7+ years of enterprise software or complex B2B sales experience

    • Proven ability to hunt, close, and expand large accounts

    • Experience navigating multi-threaded enterprise sales with executive stakeholders

    • Strong communicator who simplifies technical concepts for senior decision-makers

    • Humble, clear, and coachable—startup DNA over industry pedigree

    • Comfortable traveling and building relationships face-to-face

    • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes

    WHAT WE OFFER
    • Uncapped commission: Flat 10% of ARR on every deal you close

    • 50/50 OTE structure with long-term earning potential scaling significantly for top performers

    • Strong upside tied to enterprise deal size and new logo acquisition

    • World-class enablement: tech tools, AI-native workflows, and extensive AE support infrastructure

    • Steady pipeline generation—90% of opportunities supported by marketing and demand gen

    • Small, high-performing team, working directly with executive leadership

    • Resume-builder opportunity at a category-defining company with strong growth trajectory

    • Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k)

So, if you're an AE ready for a career-transforming opportunity, please apply today!
