Description:

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking experienced cloud and technology professionals to join our team in a Practice / Technology Leadership capacity. This opportunity is designed to support candidates across multiple levels-from hands-on technical managers to strategic-level directors-offering flexibility in scope based on experience.

In this role, you will contribute to or lead the delivery of enterprise-scale cloud solutions aligned to customer mission and business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize modern cloud environments, primarily within Oracle ecosystems, while driving innovation, performance, and long-term success.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a blend of technical problem-solving, team leadership, and customer engagement, with opportunities to grow into more senior responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deliver enterprise cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
  • Partner with customers to understand mission needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead or support delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Develop and integrate cloud-based systems with enterprise platforms and third-party solutions
  • Customize and configure systems to align with unique business processes and workflows
  • Identify risks and contribute to or lead mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Apply best practices and industry knowledge to improve system performance and outcomes
  • Mentor and support team members while contributing to a collaborative technical environment
  • Support or establish delivery methodologies, evaluation criteria, and standards for cloud solution implementation

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-12+ years of relevant experience, including consulting and demonstrated team or project leadership (scope aligned to Manager or Director level)
  • Technical Skills: Background in cloud technologies (Oracle preferred), system design, implementation, and integration within enterprise environments
  • Core Capabilities: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, identify risks, and drive effective outcomes
  • Additional: Experience working with customers/stakeholders; Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
