Job description

We are looking for a versatile Technician who enjoys the challenge of working on the full spectrum of agricultural machinery. You won't be stuck doing the same oil-change every day. One morning you might be diagnosing a mechanical issue on a vintage tractor, and that afternoon you could be performing a remote diagnostic to troubleshoot software.

Key Responsibilities

·      Full-Spectrum Maintenance: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a diverse fleet ranging from legacy/vintage equipment to modern, software-driven units.

·      Digital Diagnostics: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues from the shop, saving time for both the dealership and the grower.

·      Modern Systems Support: Manage software updates, calibrations, and electronic control issues on newer machinery.

·      Mechanical Mastery: Handle traditional engine, hydraulic, and transmission repairs on older equipment where "the computer can’t tell you what’s wrong."

·      Continuous Learning: Attend brand-specific training (paid for by the dealership) to stay current on the latest agricultural technology.

Qualifications

·      The "Hybrid" Mindset: A strong mechanical foundation combined with a comfort level using laptops and diagnostic software.

·      Remote Tech Savvy: Ability to guide a customer through a digital interface or use remote-access tools to identify parts needed before heading to the field.

·      Problem Solver: You enjoy the "detective work" of figuring out why a machine—old or new—isn't performing.

Why Join Us?

·      100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance: We cover your monthly premiums in full. Keep your paycheck for your family, not your insurance provider.

·      Guaranteed Time Off: 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) to start.

·      Paid Training: We invest in you. We will send you to brand-specific schools and certification programs to keep your skills sharp.

·      Stable Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 8–5 routine for the majority of the year, with the opportunity for overtime during the peak season.

·      Work Variety: Every day offers a different challenge. You will never be bored.
