The Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth across the U.S. market by owning the complete sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market clients. This role focuses on selling offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services to technology-driven organizations.
The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of U.S. enterprise buying processes, capable of generating pipeline, managing complex accounts, and closing high-value deals in a remote-first environment.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
Penetrate and manage complex enterprise and mid-market accounts
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders
Present company capabilities, value propositions, and case studies effectively
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales documentation
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client success and long-term relationships
Strong expertise in enterprise and consultative sales
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex buying committees
Excellent outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
Solution-selling mindset with strong business acumen
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Solid understanding of U.S. enterprise procurement and decision-making processes
5–12 years of experience in IT services, product engineering, or custom software sales
