Job Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth across the U.S. market by owning the complete sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market clients. This role focuses on selling offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services to technology-driven organizations.

The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of U.S. enterprise buying processes, capable of generating pipeline, managing complex accounts, and closing high-value deals in a remote-first environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline

  • Penetrate and manage complex enterprise and mid-market accounts

  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders

  • Present company capabilities, value propositions, and case studies effectively

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales documentation

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client success and long-term relationships
