ABOUT THE JOB

Property Specialist and Personal Assistant to the CEO

Crandell's Enterprises Inc. (CEI) is North Carolina's #1 Group Home Provider, delivering residential mental health services across the state. The Property Specialist and Personal Assistant to the CEO provides direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer while assisting with the oversight and coordination of real estate and property-related matters. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and support both business and personal executive needs.

RESPONSIBILITIESExecutive Support
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and followups
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Property Management Support
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services for properties
  • Communicate with tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Track property expenses, invoices, and payments
  • Assist with lease documentation and property records
  • Conduct periodic property checkins or inspections
  • Liaise with community stakeholders and referral agencies
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic property management tools
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation, as property visits are required
