Executive / Personal Assistant to Founder - Technology, AUSTIN, TX
We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to join our team. Start up is just out of stealth mode, and ready to hire it's first administrative pro. This role will be responsible for core administrative duties such as calendar and inbox management, tracking and strategically planning engagement with our clients and network, and managing a wide range of other responsibilities including domestic and international travel coordination. Maintaining confidentiality, multitasking effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and exhibiting a strong work ethic are imperative for success. A passion for excellence and achieving team goals is key. The Executive Personal Assistant will work as part of a highly efficient and dedicated administrative team providing executive support to the Founder, and to a less extent, his team. Founder is a HNWI who will also require a certain amount of PA support.
Principal Responsibilities:
•   Own and proactively manage multiple complex, changing, high-volume calendars across multiple time-zones
•  Manage and prioritize a busy email inbox
•  Seamless coordination of international and domestic travel
•   Proactively capture, enter, and manage upkeep of meeting notes, contacts and other relevant data in Salesforce and other systems to help build an institutionalized process
•  Coordinate any time tracking and reporting requirements as necessary with internal stakeholders
•   Proactively and strategically coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, and meeting materials
•  Manage and process monthly expense reports
•  Ensure seamless flow of the executive’s day-to-day activities
•  Provide additional administrative and team project support as needed
•  Timely responsiveness outside of “regular” business hours
Qualifications:
•   5+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, ideally within Tech, Venture Capital, Private Equity, 
•  Strong desire to learn and collaborate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
•   Exceptional communication skills, unwavering integrity, and the confidence to engage with all levels of the firm and external stakeholders
•  Highly motivated, self-driven, and both solution- and detail-oriented
•  Ability to think independently and offer creative solutions
•  Positive attitude with a proactive mindset—no task too big or too small
•   Strong time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities with accuracy and meeting deadlines in high-pressure situations
•  High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interactions diplomatically
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Salesforce preferred

Salary DOE $100k-150k + Generous compensation package
