Well established children's fashion company seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with and support the President and Vice President of the company.
Our ideal candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have solid organizational & prioritization skills. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Calendar & schedule management.
  • Handling communication.
  • Travel & event coordination.
  • Project support.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, participating in meetings, and note-taking.
  • Keeping detailed accounts & status reports.
