A mechanical contracting company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its owner and president in a fast paced, hands on environment. This person will work closely with leadership, traveling to job sites, managing scheduling, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be an essential part of a growing operation.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the owner's professional and personal calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
- Travel to job sites with the owner, taking notes and helping track action items
- Support sales activities including customer follow up, proposal preparation, and CRM updates
- Arrange travel plans including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Manage correspondence, emails, and follow up items on the owner's behalf
- Organize documents, files, and important business information
- Assist with special projects and day to day operational needs as they come up
- Coordinate communication between customers, leadership, and internal teams
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
