Slane Co.'s client, a leading equipment dealer in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and help drive operational efficiency, executive priorities, and strategic initiatives across the organization.


This individual will work closely with executive leadership to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and customer engagements, prepare governance materials, support business reporting, and ensure seamless execution of high-priority initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Partnership & Business Operations

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and priority alignment
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to maximize executive effectiveness
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up across executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned


Governance & Executive Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly governance materials, executive presentations, and supporting documentation
  • Compile, validate, and distribute executive dashboards and reporting packages
  • Review business metrics and identify trends requiring executive attention
  • Assist with meeting preparation, action item tracking, and follow-up execution


Customer & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate executive customer events, dinners, meetings, and company functions
  • Manage logistics for customer trips, sporting events, and hosted experiences
  • Support planning and execution of company and executive-sponsored events


Travel & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate corporate aviation travel arrangements
  • Manage detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and scheduling logistics
  • Respond to time-sensitive requests and schedule changes, including occasional after-hours needs


Process Improvement & Technology

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and administrative efficiency
  • Leverage technology and reporting tools to streamline executive operations
  • Support implementation of process improvements across the executive office


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive support, executive administration, chief of staff, executive business partner, or related experience
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand executive priorities and organizational goals
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership teams
  • Exposure to dashboard reporting, business analytics, or governance materials
