Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale migration from Check Point firewalls to Fortinet security solutions. This role will focus on firewall deployments, policy migrations, infrastructure rollouts, OS patching initiatives, and enterprise network modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure FortiGate firewall solutions.
  • Support migration of firewall rules, policies, NAT, and VPN configurations from Check Point environments.
  • Perform implementation, validation, and testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot network and security issues during migration events.
  • Execute deployment and rollout activities across enterprise locations.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and OS patching initiatives.
  • Participate in maintenance windows and change management processes.
  • Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure successful cutovers and migrations.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of network deployment, network engineering, or security engineering experience.
  • Fortinet FortiGate experience.
  • Check Point firewall experience.
  • Cisco routing and switching knowledge.
  • Experience supporting firewall deployments and upgrades.
