They may also assist with system updates, cybersecurity measures, and general IT maintenance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and communication abilities. Many Virtual Techs work for IT support companies, help desks, or as freelancers.

Candidate should be familiar with virtual technology (both network and server virtualization). Candidate must have a solid understanding of PMI principals and excellent communication skills. Project Management certification is preferred but not necessary. Customer requires High Point, NC area candidates.
