Overview
The New York, NY office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an IT Coordinator. The IT Coordinator is responsible for all IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing comprehensive solutions. The IT Coordinator also acts as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, providing excellent customer service while maintaining seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Minimum Qualifications:
The following is intended to describe the general nature of the job. The list of essential duties is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned in addition to those listed.
  • Configure, install, and deploy new or replacement technology assets and specialized business equipment while ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
  • Provide support for diverse software and hardware environments, including multiple operating systems, enterprise applications, legal software platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide basic training for end-users and communicate details that enhance organizational technical competency.
  • Collaborate with System Administration teams on enterprise application tasks, system migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions using the firm's ITSM software, ensuring accurate reporting and knowledge base development.
  • Require a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support roles with demonstrated expertise in enterprise environments.
  • Require a comprehensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and enterprise applications.
  • Require advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity applications.
  • Require a strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking experience with iManage, Citrix, law firms or legal environments, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with substantial coursework in Information Systems or Computer Science; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical competency, preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar credentials are a plus.
