The Employee Experience & Talent Management Specialist is a hands-on role that supports employee engagement, community impact, and foundation-related initiatives that enhance the employee experience at NCR Voyix. This role operates as an individual contributor and works closely with HR, Internal Communications, Procurement, and external nonprofit partners to help coordinate programs, maintain accurate information, and support high-quality, scalable programs globally.

The role provides important support, coordination, and execution across employee engagement programs, culture reporting, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and volunteer initiatives, and NCR Voyix Foundation operations, with guidance from senior team members.

Employee Engagement & Volunteerism

  • Support the Site Engagement Leader program by helping maintain program resources, coordinate communications, reporting, and ongoing engagement with site leaders globally.
  • Assist with employee experience and engagement activities, partnering with site leaders, HR, and Internal Communications to support alignment with company priorities.
  • Support project coordination, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for volunteer initiatives, including data collection and impact storytelling support.

NCR Voyix Foundation Operations

  • Support NCR Voyix Foundation Board of Directors meetings by assisting with scheduling, logistics, meeting materials, and follow-up items.
  • Help prepare, organize, distribute, and archive board materials and meeting notes in accordance with governance requirements.
  • Assist with the grant request intake and review process by tracking submissions, maintaining records, and coordinating follow-up with internal stakeholders and nonprofit partners.
  • Support communications related to grant decisions, reporting reminders, and ongoing grantee relationship management.

Program Management & Collaboration

  • Coordinate multiple tasks and workstreams, helping track timelines, deliverables, action items, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support programs aligned with broader talent, culture, and employee experience priorities.
  • Track participation, outcomes, and key metrics across engagement, volunteering, and foundation activities to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in employee engagement, CSR, community impact, HR programs, nonprofit operations, event coordination, communications, or related areas; internship or project experience will be considered.
  • Experience in employee experience, community impact, volunteerism, and corporate philanthropy, with a willingness to learn internal processes and program operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-up with guidance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft, proofread, and organize materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, Excel, or similar collaboration and tracking tools preferred.
  • Comfortable asking questions, taking direction, following through on commitments, and building foundational project coordination skills.
