Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing beyond traditional talent acquisition responsibilities.


The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a positive personality who thrives in a collaborative environment. In addition to supporting full-cycle recruiting, this role will assist with employer branding initiatives, onboarding and new hire orientation, internship program coordination, HR administrative functions, and special projects across multiple business units, including our Marine and Golf Car divisions.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to jump in wherever needed, and wants to grow their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, and entry-level positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain applicant tracking system records.
  • Support recruiting efforts at career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.

Employer Branding & Marketing

  • Assist in building and promoting the company’s employer brand.
  • Create recruiting and social media content to attract top talent.
  • Support development of recruiting presentations, flyers, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with graphic design projects for recruiting campaigns and events (preferred but not required).

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and maintain employee documentation.
  • Serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for new hires.

Internship Program Management

  • Support and coordinate internship and early-career development programs.
  • Track internship projects, schedules, and evaluations.
  • Serve as a liaison between interns, managers, and HR.
  • Assist with planning intern events and development opportunities.

HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with employee records management and HR documentation.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee communications, mailings, and departmental activities.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance-related tasks.

Special Projects

  • Participate in cross-functional projects across the organization.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within recruiting and HR operations.
  • Assist with project management activities as new programs and initiatives are developed.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people.
