The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) who shares OEM's vision and commitment to delivering an exemplary customer service experience to candidates across North America. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer service mindset, a passion for providing superb candidate care, and a drive to continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate processes. In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and Interview Teams to deliver a candidate-centric hiring experience, leveraging expert judgment and keen attention to detail to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience are at the heart of everything you do in this role.

Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with precision, proactively resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
Deliver top-notch candidate care by providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers- ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Serve as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition Partners, maintaining open communication and a shared commitment to a seamless hiring experience.
Respond to all inquiries with urgency and accuracy, ensuring candidates and stakeholders receive consistent, reliable information throughout the process.
Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System, leveraging Excel and Workday dashboards to keep information current and actionable.
Proactively communicate challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process, escalating promptly to protect timelines and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

OEM is looking for someone who is process-driven and detail-obsessed, with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling and candidate workflows without sacrificing accuracy. They should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision. The right candidate genuinely cares about the candidate experience - they treat every interaction as a reflection of the company and bring professionalism, empathy, and follow-through to each touchpoint.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Workday
Experience utilizing an interview scheduling tool (such as Paradox)

Top Skills:

Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with an enterprise ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting. Must be comfortable navigating candidate stages, running reports, and maintaining data accuracy across requisitions

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook calendar management (scheduling, Free/Busy visibility, managing reschedules) and Excel (Formulas, vLookup, filtering, sorting, and managing data exports for tracking).

Working proficiency with AI-based scheduling platforms such as Paradox, Ev-e, or similar tools. Prior experience with automated, semi-automated, or round-robin interview scheduling strongly preferred.
