The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting the firm’s Talent Acquisition team and broader HR operations. This position provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, departures, and new hire engagement programs. The Assistant is expected to deliver the highest level of client service while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, sound judgment, and initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Coordinate onboarding processes for all temporary employees to ensure a smooth and timely start
  • Process employee and Partner terminations in accordance with firm policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the firm’s New Hire CheckIn program for business professionals
  • Support the onboarding of the firm’s Summer and Fall Associates
  • Monitor the Talent Acquisition department inbox, responding to inquiries or routing messages as appropriate
  • Provide backup administrative and coordination support to Talent Acquisition Coordinators
  • Deliver general administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Review business professional job postings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar; make corrections or recommendations as necessary

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in a talent acquisition/human resources environment strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
