Project Coordinator | Global Power & Infrastructure Leader | Alpharetta, GA


A global leader in construction, industrial, and power generation equipment is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to support complex power infrastructure projects.


In this role, you'll own projects from order entry through final commissioning, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, budgets, contracts, technical deliverables, and overall project execution. You'll work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, finance, and field service teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.


What You'll Be Doing
Lead projects from kickoff through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, milestones, and project profitability
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, procurement, and finance
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
Oversee technical and commercial aspects of large-scale projects
Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery


What We're Looking For
5+ years of Project Coordination experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills
PMP/PMI certification is a plus
Power generation, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project experience preferred
