About the Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential support to Recruiters and Sourcers, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining operational excellence. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations and play a key role in delivering seamless scheduling, logistics, and communication for candidates and hiring teams.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and on-site) for multiple Recruiters and Sourcers, including complex multilayered scheduling and high-volume interview days.
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact during the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Support hiring teams by managing interview logistics, scheduling debrief sessions, and troubleshooting conflicts as needed.
  • Assist with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, managing legal documentation, and contributing to other HR/Talent projects as required.

  • Written communication and resume formatting knowledge, with strong attention to detail.
  • Calendar management experience (0-3 years, including internships or roles involving frequent scheduling).
