About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruiting process for anesthesia providers๏ฟฝincluding anesthesiologists, CRNAs, AAs, and perioperative support staff. This role ensures an exceptional candidate experience while helping the organization meet critical staffing needs in hospital, ASC, and clinical practice environments. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, credentialing teams, and clinical leadership to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient hiring workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
๏ฟฝ Schedule candidate interviews, site visits, and virtual screenings for anesthesia professionals across multiple locations.
๏ฟฝ Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and track candidate progress within the ATS.
๏ฟฝ Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, clinical leaders, and operations teams.
๏ฟฝ Support job posting creation and distribution across healthcare job boards, professional networks, and specialty associations (e.g., ASA, AANA).
Candidate Experience & Communication
๏ฟฝ Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
๏ฟฝ Provide timely updates to candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and required documentation.
๏ฟฝ Deliver high-touch service aligned with the expectations of highly trained anesthesia clinicians.
Compliance & Documentation
๏ฟฝ Assist with pre-employment requirements such as drug screen, and background screenings.
๏ฟฝ Collaborate with credentialing teams to ensure all clinical providers meet anesthesia-specific requirements for hospital privileges.
๏ฟฝ Maintain accurate and confidential candidate files.
Operational & Administrative Support
๏ฟฝ Prepare offer letters and assist with contract routing for anesthesia providers.
๏ฟฝ Generate recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline summaries.
๏ฟฝ Support recruiting events, career fairs, residency outreach, and conference logistics.
๏ฟฝ Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that streamline TA processes.
Qualifications
Required
๏ฟฝ 1๏ฟฝ3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or healthcare administrative support.
๏ฟฝ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
