Job description

iWorQ and TextMyGov are growing, and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on building and scaling our Sales Team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactively sourcing candidates, and takes ownership of the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. We are looking for a self-starter who understands that successful recruiting is about building relationships, creating pipelines, and consistently delivering quality hires.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and other business-critical positions
  • Conduct daily candidate outreach using multiple recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking groups, and referral programs
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/zoom interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers and support successful onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with candidates, local communities, universities, and industry professionals
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
  • Stay informed on recruiting best practices, labor laws, and employment trends

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies

Preferred

  • Previous experience recruiting sales professionals
  • Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus
  • Experience recruiting in technology or SaaS environments
