Job description

THE ROLE

As the Operational Excellence Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic engine driving structure, visibility, and measurable risk reduction across Everpure's Global Information Security Office (GISO). In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with security, engineering, compliance, and business leaders to translate complex, enterprise-wide initiatives into predictable, high-impact outcomes. By instilling operational rigor and replacing ambiguity with clear operating rhythms, you will directly elevate Everpure's security posture and organizational effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive Strategic Program Execution: Spearhead cross-functional security programs from intake through completion, establishing robust governance and execution frameworks that measurably accelerate risk reduction and business resiliency.
  • Establish Scalable Operating Mechanisms: Build, refine, and deploy standardized program processes, metrics, and templates across GISO teams to improve delivery consistency, eliminate workflow friction, and enhance cross-team accountability.
  • Proactively Manage Risk & Dependencies: Identify execution bottlenecks, inter-team dependencies, and delivery risks early, driving alignment across engineering and business partners to keep critical initiatives on schedule.
  • Deliver Leadership & Portfolio Insights: Lead quarterly execution reviews, portfolio-level KPI tracking, and executive-ready communications that convert complex technical data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Technical Program Leadership: Proven capability driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs to successful completion within information security, enterprise technology, GRC, or infrastructure environments.
  • Governance & Operational Expertise: Mastery in program lifecycle management-including risk mitigation, dependency mapping, scorecards/metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Process Optimization & Ambiguity Navigation: Demonstrated success in building scalable operating models, standardizing workflows, and instilling clarity within fast-paced, evolving technical organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of bridging technical details and business strategy to align engineering teams and executive leadership.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
