  • Facilitates structured behavioral and competency-based interviews and presents data-driven candidate assessments to support consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Advises hiring leaders on market trends, compensation considerations, and competitive talent intelligence through regular strategy discussions.
  • Develops and executes proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines, drawing on labor market data and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment approach.
  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates to strengthen long-term talent communities.
  • Represents Sun Health as a talent ambassador at networking events, professional associations, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives, partnering with leadership to strengthen employer branding
  • Delivers a high-touch candidate experience by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey, educating candidates on career opportunities, culture, and total rewards.
  • Facilitates offer development and negotiations in partnership with hiring leaders and HR, balancing candidate expectations with organizational objectives.
  • Ensures successful handoff and transition to the Talent Service Center and onboarding teams following offer acceptance.
  • Maintains accurate recruiting data and applies ATS reporting to analyze recruitment metrics, workforce trends, and hiring outcomes, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provides training, coaching, and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Ensures recruiting strategies and activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Contributes to the development of innovative talent acquisition processes, tools, and workforce planning initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or an equivalent combination of recruiting, HR, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through Boolean search and networking channels.
  • Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles, improving time-to-fill metrics.
  • Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
