About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor plays a vital role in leading, mentoring, and developing Pinnacle Fertility's recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent acquisition services across the organization. This role is responsible for driving recruiting performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting workforce planning initiatives that align with organizational goals and long-term growth.
In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure consistent execution of full-cycle recruitment processes. With a focus on coaching Talent Acquisition Specialists, enhancing the candidate experience, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, you will help build high-performing teams that advance Pinnacle's mission and values.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists through ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor workload distribution and team performance to ensure recruiting goals, timelines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure consistent execution of full-cycle recruitment processes across the team, promoting efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to drive effective hiring decisions, accountability, and recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
  • Support proactive talent pipeline development for critical and hard-to-fill roles including physician recruiting.
  • Ensure effective utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, recruitment technologies, and reporting tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting trends.
  • Support inclusive recruiting practices and equitable hiring processes aligned with company values and applicable laws.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex hiring situations or sensitive candidate matters.
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Demonstrated success developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies in a competitive talent market.
    • Experience in healthcare, fertility, or specialty services strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and reporting metrics.
    • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while balancing accountability and support.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
