The IT Program Management Office is the team that ensures technology initiatives across the company are planned, governed, and delivered successfully-helping our business partners turn ideas into reliable, on-time, and on-budget technology solutions.
As a key member of our IT Program Management Office, you will lead complex technology programs end-to-end, partner closely with business and technology leaders, and ensure measurable business outcomes are delivered through strong planning, execution, and governance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead moderate to complex technology programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and benefits are realized.
  • Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to define success metrics (objectives and key results, key performance indicators) and track progress.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including dependencies, critical path, and cross-team coordination.
  • Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoice alignment.
  • Drive scope, schedule, cost, and risk trade-off decisions using data and established governance forums.
  • Oversee vendor delivery, including statements of work, milestones, risks, issues, and performance management.
  • Facilitate release readiness, cutover planning, and operational handoffs to ensure smooth production launches.
  • Provide clear, consistent program and portfolio-level reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through automation, tooling, and use of artificial intelligence.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technology programs or projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, hybrid, or traditional software development methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient in program and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated strengths in execution excellence, stakeholder partnership, and results orientation

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Sr. Manager, IT Program Management. You will have multiple peer teammates and collaborate with cross-functional business, technology, and vendor partners on a regular basis.
