About the role
As a Program Manager you will be operating as a central point of coordination, the Program Manager partners closely with business, technology, operations, and support teams to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable results across Along the way, you will get to:
  • Own end-to-end program delivery
  • Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitate regular program cadence (steering committees, status updates, standups, retrospectives) with stakeholders across departments.
  • Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and business leaders to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Drive execution and accountability
  • Track progress against milestones, budget, and scope; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Escalate critical blockers with recommended options and trade-offs, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Standardize and improve processes
  • Implement and champion program management best practices, templates, and tools (e.g., RAID logs, communication plans, dashboards).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and drive continuous improvement across the program.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, or a related role in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience leading internal, multi-team initiatives; exposure to technology, services, or consulting environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
