Overview
Table Games Floor Supervisor
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits whilst offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.
Responsibilities
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
  • Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures of the specific table game being supervised
  • Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
  • Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and Golden Nugget staff
  • Responsible for specific table games scheduling for dealers

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Shift Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
