We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive customer experience and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and lead the team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers.

- Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment.

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
