Table Games Dual Rate Dealer
Overview
A Table Games Dual Rate Dealer is responsible for providing an entertaining experience for guests while dealing casino games according to the rules of the game being played.
Responsibilities
  • Deals a variety of casino games as assigned
  • Keeps visual contact of all guests and game layout and reports suspicious activity to the supervisor
  • Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner
  • Notify Casino Games Supervisor of any irregularities, or disputes that may arise during game
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of and execute the rules and procedures for each game dealt
  • Greet and interact with guests in a professional, welcoming, and attentive manner.
  • Responsible for dealing assigned game in accordance with gaming regulations and policies and Golden Nugget policies and procedures
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
  • Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1 year table games experience preferred
  • Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Exemplary guest service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Thorough knowledge of at least three table games
  • Must be able to obtain/renew all required licenses
  • The minimum age requirement is 21
