Overview
As a Table Games Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the table games department, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead table games staff during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the Table Games Pit Manager to optimize pit layouts and game offerings
  • Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
  • Manage challenging situations with grace and composure

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
