  • High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least one year of experience dealing cards in a casino environment.
  • Must have previous, hands-on experience with the games of Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and various Carnival games.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide the work of other employees.
  • Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with both co-workers and management.
  • A track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant exposure to loud noise and smoke.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Supervise and Lead: Directly supervise the work of the card department, providing valuable input on staffing, performance, and corrective actions.
  • Deal with Precision: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at various table games.
  • Ensure Security: Maintain the security of all table games by inspecting decks and overseeing all action, reporting any irregular play to management.
  • Provide Guest Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with gameplay, and ensure all established rules and policies are followed.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise all opening and closing procedures for the table games room.
  • Safety Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards to the Card Games Shift Manager.
  • Team Support: Mentor and guide other employees to ensure a high standard of guest service is consistently met.
  • Other Duties: Perform other job-related duties as required to support the table games department.
