As a Dual Rate Dealer, you'll combine expert card dealing with leadership responsibilities to maintain the integrity and excitement of Table games. You'll oversee dealer performance, assist with staffing decisions, and ensure compliance with casino policies.   • Minimum 1 year of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment 

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 

  • Excellent guest service and communication abilities

  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority
