Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition across the LATAM region, delivering high-quality recruiting strategies that directly enable business growth. The Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning talent strategies with workforce plans and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to shape recruitment practices, drive innovation in hiring processes, and influence the future workforce of DePuy Synthes in a dynamic and diverse region.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering visibility across business units and the ability to make a measurable impact on organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Partner with business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.

  • Manage and optimize recruiting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

  • Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

  • Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, business leaders, and external partners) to deliver hiring goals and initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and diversity and inclusion standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Talent Acquisition practices, leveraging analytics and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, including full-cycle recruiting

  • Experience managing recruitment strategies and aligning hiring plans to business needs

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends

  • Experience advising leaders and stakeholders on hiring strategies and talent decisions

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in LATAM regional recruiting or multi-country hiring environments

  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Experience in the healthcare, medtech, or regulated industry

  • Knowledge of talent market trends across Latin America

  • Experience implementing process improvements or recruiting innovations

  • Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization
