This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both leading a recruiting team and driving recruiting strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee day-to-day recruiting operations, partner closely with department leaders to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs, develop talent pipelines, and continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance recruiting priorities, data, processes, and relationships to deliver results. What You'll Do As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across departments, ensuring positions are filled efficiently with qualified talent. Supervise, coach, train, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators.

Partner with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. 2-3 years of experience managing or leading a recruiting team. Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting function. You'll be successful in this role if you have: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.

Excellent planning and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, candidates, and HR partners.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience is preferred.

A strong sense of accountability and professionalism. The flexibility to adapt quickly as staffing needs and business priorities change. Why This Role Matters Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in the growth and success of our organization.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead the team responsible for bringing great people into the company while helping shape how we recruit, plan for future talent needs, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. If you're an experienced recruiting leader who enjoys developing people, building strong partnerships, and creating recruiting strategies that produce results, we'd like to hear from you.
