Job Title: Part Time TA Coordinator
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Type of Employment: Temporary
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in Office
Hourly: $25/hr - $26/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a healthcare organization located in Piscataway, NJ to hire a part time temporary TA Coordinator for 4 to 6 months. The hours are Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 3:00PM with a 30 minute lunch. The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year of high volume onboarding experience. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee placement and coordination of new hires
  • Conduct background checks using HireRight, including system data entry and proactive follow-ups
  • Guide candidates through the completion of background and onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform education verifications
  • Monitor onboarding portals to ensure all required documentation and health screenings are completed in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure completion and maintain engagement
Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of corporate onboarding experience
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using an applicant track system is a plus
  • Strong follow up skills
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
