Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate Amazon Vendor (1P) orders from acceptance through delivery. This role is critical to ensuring Amazon purchase orders are processed accurately, shipments are scheduled on time, and inbound shipments from vendors are received correctly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and manage Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinate shipment scheduling in compliance with Amazon routing and delivery requirements
  • Create and manage ASNs, shipment plans, and related documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and warehouses to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Track inbound shipments and resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Coordinate and verify receiving of inbound shipments from vendors
  • Monitor Amazon compliance requirements and assist in minimizing chargebacks
  • Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records
  • Support continuous improvement of logistics and order workflows

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) strongly preferred
  • Understanding of freight scheduling, inbound logistics, and receiving processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics or ERP systems

Preferred Experience

  • Amazon routing guides and compliance requirements
  • LTL / FTL shipment coordination
  • Warehouse receiving or inbound logistics experience
  • Experience working with high-volume SKUs
