Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations and follow-ups with teams in different time zones (US, Mexico, APAC)
  • Join early-morning or late-evening meetings as needed to support global operations rhythm
  • Maintain daily trackers for pack-out units, ITC throughput, APY, TOO, and operational KPIs
  • Follow up on MES clean-up, SAP sloc creation, bonepile disposition, and exception handling
  • Support weekly/monthly business reviews with cross-regional data preparation
  • Collaborate with FXG, NV, ITC, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Travel to regional sites when required for audits, alignment, or operational support

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or operations coordination
  • Ability to work with global teams and manage cross-time-zone communication
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
