  • Stay current on changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, sanctions, customs requirements, and transportation regulations.

Project Logistics

  • Develop logistics plans for major construction and industrial projects.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with project managers, construction managers, procurement teams, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Ensure materials and equipment arrive at project sites in accordance with construction schedules.
  • Coordinate oversized, overweight, specialized, and time-sensitive shipments when required.
  • Identify logistics constraints early in the project lifecycle and develop solutions before they affect project execution.
  • Establish project-specific logistics budgets and monitor actual performance against budget.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the global logistics team.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability.
  • Build a high-performing logistics organization capable of supporting multiple simultaneous projects and geographic regions.
