What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new B2B relationships within freight brokerage and logistics sales 
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, quoting, solution design, and close 
  • Provide accurate freight pricing while maintaining profitability 
  • Partner with team members to deliver reliable, end-to-end transportation solutions 
  • Position RJ Logistics as a trusted supply chain partner 
  • Manage activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM, TMS, and sales tools 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and margin goals
