Maintain daily communication with Evans Pro Logistics leadership
Maintain a strong working relationship with the management team
Address driver issues, route delays, customer concerns, and operational problems quickly
Ensure drivers follow company expectations, safety standards, customer service standards, and route procedures
Verify that drivers are properly reporting time, mileage, route completion, and delivery issues
Help identify late, unreliable, unsafe, or unprofessional drivers before they create account problems
Assist with driver onboarding, training, follow-up, and performance documentation

Help coordinate backup drivers and route coverage when needed
Fill in on routes when necessary to protect service commitments
Report accidents, customer complaints, property damage, attendance issues, and service failures immediately
Support a professional, respectful, and accountable driver culture

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work onsite daily in the Houston area
Must be dependable and punctual, especially for early morning route launches
Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable holding drivers accountable
Must be professional when communicating with customer management
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to train drivers on route procedures, professionalism, safety, and customer service expectations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We need someone who takes ownership.

This person must be able to walk into the location every day, understand what is happening with the drivers, keep the route operation moving, communicate professionally with our clients, and protect the Evans Pro Logistics account.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position. This is an active, onsite operations role for someone who can lead, communicate, solve problems, and step in when the route operation needs support.
